The Urbana SoftwareTM PerTest® Enterprise Suite
The PerTest® Suite of products consists of the following components:
PerTest Engine: The mainstay of the Enterprise Suite that
all PerTest® applications interact with. The Engine provides test/assessment
generation, result collection, diagnostic analysis, event notification,
and remediation along with many other services. The PerTest® Engine
is a highly portable, scalable, and fault-tolerant server application
designed to run on multiple platforms and databases.
PerTest Tutor : The client applications that interact with the PerTest® Engine providing end-users with assessments, diagnostics, and personalized remedial learning paths.
PerTest Administration: The server administration application allowing administration of the PerTest® Enterprise Suite including: managing users,profiles, privileges, groups, reports, event notification
and engine configuration settings.
PerTest Author: The test/assessment authoring application allowing customers or curriculum owners to easily
create a test or assessment through an intuitive graphical user interface.
PerTest® Author enables the customer to construct
exams and assessments that make effective use of the PerTest personalized
diagnostic and remediation capabilities.
